TRANSFORMASI PENDIDIKAN DI ERA NEW NORMAL MEWUJUDKAN LULUSAN YANG MEMILIKI KEUNGGULAN
Abstrak
During the last three years the Covid-19 pandemic has hit almost all countries in the world, without exception, Indonesia. The Covid-19 disaster has had a broad impact on various aspects and sectors of life, such as the health, economy, politics and education sectors. Our interactions as humans also change. Even though the Covid-19 pandemic has now subsided, we need to realize that we still have to face the various challenges caused by the outbreak. For this reason, we are required to have collective awareness in complying with health protocols. We are required to have the willingness and ability to adapt and learn to live side by side with Covid-19. We are demanded to be ready to enter the new normal era, whose spirit includes restoring people's daily lives so that they can design their lives to carry out productive activities by following Covid-19 standards. This presents a challenge for us regarding the need for educational transformation and the importance of constructing critical awareness in education in the new normal era so that we are able to implement a new culture in educational and learning practices and their relations with technological devices. Education is required to be able to produce graduates who have the skills and excellence needed in the 21st century. With regard to educational practice, especially in tertiary institutions, there are three issues that will be explained in this paper, the advantages needed by graduates in the 21st century, the need for educational transformation, and the application of heutagogy and cybergogy in learning.
