Abstrak

The development of the 21st century world which is marked by the use of information and communication technology in all aspects of life, has had an impact on every aspect of life including the learning process. The world of education in the 21st century is facing enormous challenges. Learning in the 21st century must be able to prepare generations of Indonesian people to welcome advances in information and communication technology in social life. Entering an era that is conditioned by competition, each individual must have 21st century skills as a form of quality education transformation such as asking questions, creative thinking, critical thinking, decision making and problem solving in order to be able to choose among the information they receive, interpret information and produce knowledge. new. Education policies in the new normal era must adapt quickly and precisely to 21st century education, rearrange and develop the grand design of education management in the new normal era to become a necessity so that education in Indonesia, both schools and tertiary institutions, can encourage students to master skills. the 21st century which is important and useful for them to be more responsive to the changes and developments of the times.
