Abstract

This  study  describes  about  how  paricipatory  based  school  management  through  Early  Pschological Support Innovation is applied in SMP Negeri 1 Koba, Koba District, Central Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands Province.  This study uses library research and literature riview. Participatory based school management that involves many parties including school stakeholders and institutions such as Health  Office,  the  Child  Protection  Service, the  Social  Service,  District  Narcotics  Agency and  other institutions  that  become  school  networks  have  proven  to  be  able  to  support  in  implementing  the innovation of Early Psychological Support Kanti Bekisah namely the provision of Early Psychological Support to the students who are having problems or are in difficult situations to prevent and reduce risky behavior so that the problems experienced can be resolved.  The innovation Kanti Bekisah became the early mechanism in school for collecting data on problems that may arise in students. This innovation is also said as an early detection alarm for high - risk problems for students. It is hoped that participation of school network institutions and Early Psychological Support innovation can support the creation of conducive school environment that is safe and fun so that the learning process takes place effectively and the expected quality of education can be achieved.
