PERBELAJARAN REFLEKTIF TEFL SECARA DARING BAGI MAHASISWA CALON GURU PENDIDIKAN BAHASA INGGRIS
Abstract
Research on reflective learning models has shown a positive impact on learner learning outcomes. However, how the outcomes of an on line TEFL interactive learning have not been revealed. This study aims to describe the learning outcomes of prospective English teacher students in online TEFL reflective learning. The one-shot case study design was used with a sample of 21 fifth-semester students selected by convenience sampling. Learning outcomes data were collected through tests and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that in general, the online TEFL reflective learning showed good results. It is characterized by achieving the highest score of learning outcomes reaching 91, the lowest score of 57.7, and the average score of 78.22. In addition, student learning outcomes that reached good and very good categories reached 17 out of 21 students or 80.95% and those categorized as sufficient and quite good were 4 students or19.05%. It is recommended that learning encourage the development of critical reflective thinking to promote the quality of learning outcomes.
